Its older version I would say... you need to upgrade your software.
Run the following NMC command: "setup appliance upgrade"
This is safe upgrade which will create rollback checkpoint available
through the GRUB menu and integrated with the software. So, you can
always rollback if anything goes wrong during the upgrade. But likely I
expect very smooth upgrade..
