I have a box running snv_134 and configured with iSCSI and FC targets. Server has an LP10000DCe (2Gb PCIe) card. Clients are v210's running Solaris 10 and all have LP10000DC cards (PCIx). There is an EMC DS32B2 (Brocade 3900) switch connecting all the systems. The switch has no zones or other complex configuration on it.
All of the iSCSI targets work fine, but I'm getting odd behavior on the FC side. On the client I see the following: bash-3.00# fcinfo remote-port -slp 10000000c969dd78 Remote Port WWN: 10000000c94222ec Active FC4 Types: SCSI SCSI Target: unknown Node WWN: 20000000c94222ec Link Error Statistics: Link Failure Count: 5 Loss of Sync Count: 19 Loss of Signal Count: 6 Primitive Seq Protocol Error Count: 0 Invalid Tx Word Count: 365 Invalid CRC Count: 0 LUN: 0 Vendor: Product: OS Device Name: Unknown It sees a LUN but there seem to be a bunch of errors and it can not determine the disk type. On the server I see the information I expect - 2 Gb connection, target mode, etc. stmfadm reports: Target: wwn.10000000C94222EC Operational Status: Online Provider Name : emlxs0 Alias : emlxs0 Protocol : Fibre Channel Sessions : 3 Target Group: FC-STORAGE Member: wwn.10000000C94222ED Member: wwn.10000000C94222EC 600144f0013ac30000004c630c120019 View Entry: 0 Host group : rac-cluster Target group : FC-STORAGE LUN : 0 Any ideas where I should be looking to track this problem down?
