I have an snv_134 system on an Intel SR2612UR with an adaptec 5445 card.  In 
order to get OS to see the disks attached to the card, I needed to install the 
Adaptec provided driver.  I'm using the latest version 17911 of driver and fw.  
I've installed COMSTAR to an alternate BE.  When I boot to that BE, I get a 
kernel panic.  Below is some crash dump analysis using mdb:
