2.2.16 has important security fixes that a plain 2.2.14 does not
have. Unfortunately, on *some* people's systems, it is less
stable.
My advice: Go with 2.2.16. Or 2.2.17-pre-whatever. If that
doesn't work, go for 2.2.14 but you probably won't have any
problems.
