But what am I doing when I type "kernel root=/dev/hda3" ?? Am I not
telling it to load the Kernel on /dev/hda3??? Or does it go ahead and
load the Kernel off the CD? Why can't I use the CD to get me to the boot
prompt and then use the Kernel on the HD??
