Ok,then you have 2 choices:
The most secure setup IMHO would be:
Get another NIC and install it in the computer that have the internet
access.
Hook up the 2nd NIC and the other computer in the hub.Give IP addresses
in the
private range(let's say 192.168.1.x ).
Then you ran a ipchains(firewall) script on the computer connected to
the Internet( http://www.linux-firewall-tools.com is where I made mine
and is nice and easy to use,it needed a couple of modifications but that
was easy).
Now that you have the internet working you need to look into file
sharing.Basically you have 2 choices here NFS and SMB .For both you have
to block
the respective ports as far as the outside world(Internet) is
concerned.Take your
pick and wahtever you find easier to use, implement it's great.SMB is the
winodws
sharing so if you don't need that then NFS is the way to go.

2.You can skip the second NIC and setup an IP-alias,and use one card
for both
internet and internal network.Check this
http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/mini/IP-Alias.html
It's pretty old but it should do the trick. All of the consideration from
point one applies-you just save a NIC and lose some speed.:-)
That pretty much covers it AFAIK.If somebody else can come-up with more
creative
and better idea it would be great if you post them to the list.
