There's a global xsession file, probably in /etc/X11. I think all you need
to do is add it to there.

Alternatively *I think* adding it to the .xsession file in your home
directory and choosing "Default" from the menu works.

I don't know for sure as I've never tried it. I don't start up in X myself.
