The ones against glibc was compiled .So unless you want to recompile
libc6
against the new headers .....and basically most of your system......
Altough compiling your system from scratch sounds like fun.Check
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org .Beware..the "manual" printed from pdf
is 336 pages.:-) .You can also apply the diffs from the debian
source,build deb's and basically rebuild it from scratch optimized for
your processor and (re)learning a bunch of stuff in the process.Look
outside and you have to agree it's a good idea.:-)
