Well at least I'm not the only one..:)
I have literally been fighting with this all night long. I compiled,
recompiled, checked man pages, etc. I have done the compiled the
kernel by the book..er..man page. Still the same errors...
It seems the only kernels I can get to work are the precompiled image
.debs, which is no good because I need APM configured for my laptop.
Maybe I will have better luck with an unpatched kernel source from
potato...
Well, off to struggle with this some more. Has anyone else had this
problem besides myself and Erik? Is it possible the kernel source is
flaky?
