Hi Chris,

I too have the very same card.  The answer is to put the following in the 
device section of /etc/XF86Config
Section "Device"
    Identifier  "ATI all in wonder 128 pro"
    VendorName  "Unknown"
    BoardName   "Unknown"
    Driver      "r128"
    ChipId      0x5246

Works like a charm.  I do recommend you upgrade to X4.02 when you get the 
chance....it has a newer ati driver.
