I had this - in my particular case it was because konsole has been moved in 
to another package in one of the KDE releases. Since stormpkg has a 
dependency on konsole, it's decided that stormpkg has to go.

However, last time I installed stormpkg that went fine. Either konsole is 
back, or stormpkg has had that dependency removed... It may be worth grabbing 
stormpkg from a debian mirror to see if that helps (as it's now in the debian 
distro, somewhere)
