A new APT is in unstable which has an incompatible API, so Stormpkg can't
work with it.  I looked at it quickly to see if I could port it and it
doesn't seem like it would be too difficult, but my C++ isn't any good at
all.  If anybody wants to have a stab at it, "apt-get source stormpkg". :)
