Just install magicfilter, or apsfilter, or cups and use whatever config utility is supplied - magicfilterconfig etc.. You really don't *need* the OS to sort it for you. I installed Libranet too - and promptly took it off again. I couldn't see the point. If you want later versions of software, simple install Debian, then apt-get the testing or unstable distribution. Libranet is *too* similar to Debian for me. What I am *very* interested in is what is happening to Corel Linux. Corel was also based on Debian and has been bought up by Xandros. Have a look at http://www.xandros.net/desktop.html. Corel had some nice ideas for Linux, but they 'broke' Debian in the process. If Xandros can build on Corel Linux and make it better it should be a rather delicious OS. -- Phillip Deackes Using Debian Linux /"\ \ / ASCII RIBBON CAMPAIGN X AGAINST HTML MAIL AND NEWS / \ _______________________________________________ Stormlinux-users-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.stormix.com/community/lists/listinfo/stormlinux-users-list
