I'm a little confused about the move to the new server. So the other day I clicked on a link in the mailing list. It logged me into Yahoo. I thought this was odd, because you said the group had moved away from Yahoo. Anyway, I posted a message (a reply to what someone else had posted). Now I've waited two days to see if the reply showed up in the mailing list letter. It hasn't. I admit I forgot to put my full name and address at the bottom of my reply. I also couldn't find the reply once I made it.

#1) We have moved off of Yahoogroups, however our Yahoogroups web page and archive still exists and will for some undetermined period of time. There may still be links to the old Yahoogroups web page, I've not updated everything yet. No one can post any NEW message to the Yahoogroups list.
If you find any confusing links, please contact me.

If this does not work, please contact me so that I can resolve the issue.

#3) You must address your reply specifically to the St. Paul Issues Forum. If you simply hit reply, your message will go to the INDIVIDUAL that you are replying to, but NOT the ENTIRE GROUP.
This is a deliberate E-Democracy policy. While it may create some degree of confusion, it also prevents many embarrassing personal emails from being posted to the group and also helps us manage traffic a little.
If you accidently reply to an individual when you intended to reply to the group, feel free to correct your mistake and send your reply to the group at a later time.

#4) Please remember to include your name and neighborhood at the bottom of each post. However, your post will not be held or moderated if you don't. Most messages post directly to the forum without human intervention.
Occasionally someone will forget to include a proper signature. This is understandable.
If you do so, please email the LIST MANAGER with a quick explanation. If is not necessary to post an apology or correction to the entire list (if this is an occasional mistake). It is important that you contact the list manager and identify yourself and make it clear that you simply made an innocent mistake.
Please contact me if you have any questions or comments,
