As a resident of the State of Minnesota, I'm deeply disturbed by events that I've experienced over the past six to seven years in which I'm the victim of several scams and cover up orchestrated by officials from the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, who willfully falsified a report and covered up criminal actions committed by my former attorney to protect a Hennepin County District Judge as to not expose her negligence due to the fact that I had stopped a warned her that my attorney was mishandling a case. Despite my warning she allowed the proceedings to continue as my attorney agreed to correct his mistake, which he never did. It was later learned that my attorney willfully meant to mishandle my case to avoid work and possibly accept compensation from the opposition. The OLPR learned of this, but once they learned about the presiding judge's conduct and that she was so easily deceived, the OLPR stopped the investigation and the cover up began to protect this incompetent judge. THE OLPR FALSIFIED A REPORT!!! As to how this effects the city of St. Paul, I filed a civil complaint against my former attorney in Ramsey County. The presiding Ramsey County District Judge threw out the matter, but I was able to catch my former attorney making false statements while under oath which is recognized as "Perjury", and is a felony in this state. I filed a criminal complaint with the St. Paul Police Department against my former attorney. Yet the Police refused to conduct an investigation, and the presiding Ramsey County Judge stepped in and stopped the investigation as it is feared that if my former attorney were to be prosecuted, this would exposed the fact that officials from the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility falsified a report and covered up criminal conduct in order to protect a Hennepin County District Judge. State Officials from the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, Minnesota Supreme Court, MN Board on Judicial Standard and well as the Governor's Office are aware of my situation, but refuse to get involved as this is one of those dirty family secrets that they don't want the public to find out about. EVEN THE ACLU WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS AND HAVE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY ASSISTANCE!!!!!! I strongly feel that the St. Paul Police Department should not be inflenced by this Ramsey County Judge, whose only concerns are to protect the OLPR and other fellow judges, especially another Ramsey County Judge, who was the former Director of the OLPR and who is involved in this cover up. This matter should be brought up to the Mayor's Office as well as the City Council's Office. I've written to them just recently concerning my situation and would like our city officials take action.
