Hi all, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction on the following questions about the redevelopment of the Lowertown Business Center: - What is the status of the project? Is it going forward, or just a proposal? - What are their plans for maintaining public access to the skyway? - Are there any specific city policies or restrictions about developers restricting public access to existing parts of the skyway? I guess the direction I'm going with this is obvious. Skyway access on that end of Lowertown is already spotty, and as a resident and business owner in Lowertown I would prefer that the skyway be expanded rather than contracted. So I'd like to find out what the exact plans are for the portion of the skyway that currently goes through LBC, and if they plan to restrict access in any way, is there something that can be done to stop it?
