Dear Tim, Pam, John, and everybody else,

Pam, I totally understand what you are saying. We all
know government officials (elected and un-elected) who
have lined their pockets at the expense of the
citizenry. I also agree with what Tim has stated. We
need to be careful in generalizing too much. I have
been guilty of this myself in the past and made many
an enemy for being too general in my statements.
People get angry when you accuse them of something
they never did and rightfully so.

In 2002 a District Court Judge actually told me if I
did not commit a FELONY that he ordered me to commit
in a court order, he would incarcerate me until I
complied with his court order. In otherwords, I would
not get out of the Chisago County Jail until I
committed the FELONY. I am not joking here.
Everything is in court records. What did I do? I
actually committed the FELONY. I will never get
prosecuted for this FELONY. The system wanted me to
commit this FELONY. The system made me commit a
FELONY. There is something serious wrong with the
system when "they" want you to commit a FELONY. I
have done everything in Minnesota I know how to do to
get the situation reversed. But, as David stated,
nobody will do anything about it.

Here is what I think goes on in most situations for
whatever it is worth, but I think most of you will
agree with me. 1) Someone makes a mistake. They
then find out about their mistake. 2) That someone
does not want to admit they are fallible and were
capable of making a mistake. 3) That someone then
proceeds to cover up their mistake and then they start
committing crimes in the process and become CORRUPT in
the process. 4) WE THE PEOPLE take our grievances to
the appropriate authorities and we are told to sit
down and shut up if we know what is good for us. 5)
Well, some of WE THE PEOPLE are stubborn and do not
sit down and shut up. We keep pushing for justice and
then there are more cover-ups by other officials. 6)
Hence, we then come to the conclusion that the entire
system are nothing but crooks and is totally corrupt.
Some people do demand money to look the other way. I
have come to believe most of the corruption is because
people just tend to cover-up for other people. The
higher ups do not want to do their job properly and
admit they have ignorant people working for them.

I was once told by a former attorney of mine that the
purpose of the system is to protect the integrity of
the system. In otherwords, even if something is
seriously wrong, nobody is to find out. The person
who exposes the system and tells the public there is
something wrong needs to be severely punished so that
person never speaks up again. This means up to and
including death if that is what it takes. This
attorney did not agree with the system and the Lawyers
Professional Responsibility Board removed his license
to practice law in the state of Minnesota because he
tried to help me.

How does this relate to St. Paul Tim will ask me.
Well, the LPRB is in St. Paul at the Landmark Tower.
Things like what I just mentioned happen in St. Paul
just as well as anywhere else.

What can we do about it? I do not have all the
answers. Maybe there will be some brave elected
officials and attorneys that will help some of us
navigate our way through the system and get some of
these corrupt officials out of their respectful
positions of authority. I am not going to hold my
breath waiting for one to arrive though. However,
miracles do happen. The Revolutionary War was a
miracle in and of itself. I hope all of you had a
very blessed weekend and have an even better week.

Sincerely,

Michael Darling
