The No Stadium Tax Coalition has started a website, www.NoStadiumTax.com to keep people informed on what is happening with the Stadium debate. We have all of the proposals posted, alternatives showing what other cities have done, i.e. built stadiums without public money, or substantially less public money, free bumper stickers and ways to get involved. We hope to have the petitions from the group "Say It Ain't So Joe", which hopes to amend the St. Paul City Charter to ban all city funding, or place a cap on city funding, as soon as they become available. So if you are outraged about the Mayor's proposal to spend $520 million dollars on a new Twins stadium, this is a good place to start to become involved.
