Along these lines, is anyone aware of whether SPPS has done a cost-analysis of No Child Left Behind? There have been a few articles and certainly, furor over it, but I haven't seen many specifics. Does anyone know if such numbers exist?

I would like to start a coversation about the price of implementing No Child Left Behind in Minnnesota. After attending the press conference with Senator Mark Dayton on Saturday I learned many things.
Frist- the Federal Government only funds 7% of the total Minnesota Education Budget. This funding is for Title 1 services and special education.
