Furthermore, LRT is a public entity - and should be as part of a public
transit system. Stadia are privately owned - either in front or behind the
scenes (like the Wild "owning" Xcel, which they do, managing RiverCentre on
top of it). I love how those who advocate public financing for private
corporations are quick to link truly public assets with the private one(s)
they want financed - all without a shred of invested equity for the public
that financed them.

Ridiculous apples and oranges.
