 I agree I have made some small  changes in my personal life. I now operate a
battery powered lawnmower -  offset by the fact that I have a honking big
chipper. I have lots of trees. It allows me to handle much more brush without
burning it.  Burning wood is a significant source of organic particle pollution.
 I would get a battery powered device if made. 

We need to change large scale sources of pollution such as the Seventh street
monstrosity.  But we also need to change what we do personall.

How about considering autmobiles and trucks. Perhaps, there might be a few of
those operating this time of year.  And just yesterday I had my gas powered
chipper operating crunching up winter plant debris.

  Agreed.  But that is a political issue.  An effective MPCA would still have to
consider all sources of pollution.
