The Republicans deserve the "budget" portion of the
blame for the bus strike, the Democrats deserve the
"election issue" portion.  I'm appalled that the
Democrats have not made audible protests; they're
using the bus issue to gain votes in November,
potentially successfully (at least with me) but not as
compelling as actually taking a stand and fighting for
it.
