On page 7B of today's SPPP, there is a list of Twin City 2004 Road Construction Projects (some of which are in St. Paul). Sixty-five projects are listed, ranging in cost from $50,000 to $120,000,000. The total for all 65 projects is more than $727,000,000. At that rate, in ten years we spend over $7 billion in road construction in the Twin Cities. Four billion doesn't seem so bad to me to get started on an alternative form of transportaion that will undoubtedly be necessary at some point in the future. AMH Fart Road Andrew M.
