do you happen to know GSE's water rate? it would be interesting to know if the water is pumped from an aquifer or city pipes. and if an aquifer what the rates are and what the state of the aquifer is. Brian Bates MacGroveland.

Well, GSE tried to get out of paying their nearly $500,000 water bill by having it tacked onto their property taxes. This is not the first time that they have done this, but this time the city said

PAY YOUR BILL NOW

So out of the pockets and operating capital of GSE came nearly HALF A MILLION DOLLARS today as they paid their water bill.

You really have to hand it to these guys at GSE, they want every break in the book. Permit about to expire, no problem file a renewal the day before it expires and magically it lets you continue to operate (despite MPCA rules stating you need to have it in 120 days prior to expiration), Don't like the results of the Stink Tests? Find another company to try to get out of that, don't pay your water bill ask the city to just put it on your property taxes in deferment.

AND DON'T TOUCH OUR SUBSIDY!!!!!

Well another Half Million down the drain (sorry for the pun, not intended)
