"The WSCO Communications and Outreach Committee is announcing its latest and greatest project to increase voter turn out in all West Side precincts. The goal, as one might assume, is to get every single eligible West Sider to go to the polls on November 2, 2004 and make our collective voice heard. The C/O committee will be working in the next few months to put together a strategy to achieve this goal."
