It appears that St. Paul has an sort of "Adopt-A-Park" program. I'm hoping that it fairly new, because the list of parks suggest that only 2-3 have either volunteers or sponsors. Maybe we can recruit a few new volunteers from this list.

Does anyone know anything more about this program that they might share with this list?
How old is it?
Is it working? Has it had time to work?
How well has it been publicized?
