See below for a link to the StarTribune article on "changes planned for St. Paul District Councils."
The article speaks of a "Task Force" "to look at revising the funding formula, improving accountability and creating a city job to help coordinate with district councils."
However, I'm a little unclear if such a task force was in fact created? OR, what happens next?
Can anyone clarify.......?

"Few things are dearer to St. Paul citizens than the city's neighborhoods. Neighborhood affiliation can reflect geographical pride -- as in, "I'm an East Sider." Or it can identify a person's religion or ethnicity, or even flush out stinging high school rivalries."
