A smoking ban should be the least of their worries.
Slop-houses, Flophouses and the Smoking Ban.
I never met a club owner that will tell you that
everything is fine and dandy. Instead they will take
great pleasure in telling you how bad they have it and
how broke they are. Then you see them get into their
$50,000.00 SUV and go home to their gated communities.
They will also take great pride in telling you how
much they appreciate their customers and how hard they
work to try to give the customers something that will
make them healthier, wealthier or simply a good time!
What a bunch of bunk and let's tell it like it is.
What a bar is, simply put, is a alcoholic flophouse.
Getting no exercise, sitting at a bar ingesting
alcohol, is no good for you. It's no wonder why they
don't want the ban on smoking because it's makes
people think about their own personal health. Believe
me, it's the last thing that the bar-owner wants you
to think about when your buying his low budget, liver
wrecking booze at top shelf prices.
Restaurant owners are no different�cause it's
capitalism, folks!
These slop slingers are constantly trying to reduce
the quality of what they call "food" in order to
increase their profits, while at the same time, trying
to fool you to think otherwise by making it LOOK
better on your plate. It's just another scam.
Yes, you can tell that they really care about what
they serve their customers when they can't even spend
the money to clean their preparation areas. If
restaurants and bars had any integrity, we SHOULD NOT
have to use the health department to police these
roach city hangouts, but we do. Think about it.
Does this sound like an enterprise that really cares
about it's customers? It's no wonder why these slop
houses are against the ban. They, too, don't want YOU
thinking about YOUR health when YOUR in one of their
caloric whorehouses.
Remember: Only you should be growing and handling the
food that you eat. Anytime a butt scratching profit
pimp handles food that you will eventually eat, your
heading for trouble.
Only you should handle your own food.
Bar and restaurant owners are merchants of misery that
will stop at nothing to steal your hard earned money.
Our government had to start really enforcing and
tightening the restrictions on drunken driving because
of what they advertise and sell to you under the guise
of FUN!
Take a look at the kind of mentality that must be
dealt with.
"Fun" for them is a wet t-shirt contests that
humiliate and degrade women. By the way, what's next?
Kiddie porn at half-time? Competitive throat-ripping
at the seventh inning stretch? How about the Nick Berg
beheading on large screen t.v.? How low will these
people(?) go? Something has to be done. They, it
seems, can get away with anything and the city, in
turn, shuts down the bath houses! I would suppose that
these bathhouses / saunas were cleaner than some of
these bars and restaurants.
Currently, the money that pours the shots� calls the
shots� and we need to stop these nattering yea-bobs
of crapitalism from ruining our health and our
neighborhoods. We ought to be pistol-whipping these
health wreckers with a helluva lot more that just a
itsy, bitsy little ol' smokin' ban that Dave (Apple
Cheeks) Thune proposes.
In capitalism, you never get what you pay for. It's
time to change that. It's time to give the people at
least SOMETHING for their money besides heart & liver
disease. We can start with a clean, smoke free
environment for the ENTIRE CITY.
Remember, your health is there for YOU to enjoy and
not become a target for the out of control "poison on
a plate", merchants of death.
