Let's stay on topic. General discussions (or jokes) about capitalism are really off-topic for our list. To the extend that you can tie this discussion closely to the smoking ban, its appropriate. However, I think that we'd all be better off if we kept the focus on the topic before us, which is the Smoking Ban (or any other St. Paul issue that someone wishes to introduce).
