This is Matt Ehling from the Minnesota Bill of Rights
Defense Commitee ... I wanted to make a correction to
a message I sent to Tim about federal legislation
affecting police/INS(DHS) separation. The bill
pending in congress that would restrict federal funds
from police departments refusing to allow their
officers to enforce federal immigration laws is called
the CLEAR Act - not the SAFE Act. (To many acronyms
flying around - sorry for the confusion).
