A public meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2004 by Ramsey County and the Saint Paul Mayoral Thailand Delegation. The official rollout of the health, education and welfare assessment report will be presented and there will be discussion on strategies to help the Hmong refugee's transition to Ramsey County. Those who attend will get an official copy of the Delegation's assessment report.
