yes folks tomorrow is JUDGEMENT DAY for our friends down here in the West End, well it's supposed to be but when I called the court for a schedule they didn't seem to know what it was for the next day.
Anyway very soon GSE will head into court and face another test report, only this time they better pass or da Judge will be forced to do something. I take that back you can never force a judge to do anything they are kings of the land and can do what they feel when they feel, why cause they are DA JUDGE.
Lets assume for a moment, cause it has been stinky down here for the past month or so, that they fail their tests and thus are not incompliance with the Settlement. What will Da Judge do?
A) Fine GSE and tell them to shut down till they don't stink
B) Scratch his chin, head or other body parts
C) Shake his finger at both parties for making him think
D) Decide that it's better that he think about this for a few months and then decide not to decide?
My guess is that he will do a little of B, some of C, and then D
