SARPA is the group that just sued the City, or is it
the University of St. Thomas, over St. Thomas'
proposed expansion on Summit Avenue.

>> Summit Avenue Residential Preservation Association
("SARPA")

The name pretty much describers the purpose of SARPA,
but I'm curious
about what kinds of activities that SARPA does.

Are they primarily an "awareness" organization or are
they directly
involved in "preservation" projects?

I'm only asking, because there are some many different
organizations
in our city working on so many different civic
projects, that its
hard to keep up with them. When I hear about one that
I'm not
familiar with, I just have to ask....

Thanks,
