Dear Participants:

As the list manager, I appreciate your involvement in our forum whenever you are able to find the time and have the inclination. The St. Paul Issues Forum is all about providing a convenient and easy way to participate in policy discussions, regardless of the time of day or scheduling restraints.

However, I'd like to caution list members to be responsible about how you participate, especially from your place of employment. Many companies or agencies have policies about personal use of email, especially during working hours. Unfortunately, many of those companies don't consider the St. Paul Issues Forum to be "official" work business.

As much as I appreciate your participation, I'd hate to loose participants because of on-the-job repercussions.

If you have any questions, please contact me offline.

Best wishes,

-- Tim Erickson List Manager St. Paul Issues Forum http://www.e-democracy.org/stpaul/ Hamline Midway Resident 651-643-0722 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
