isn't that one of those rules of debate that whenever "saving the children" is brought up the debate is ended that side wins because after all, who wouldn't want to save the children?

But by all means lets make bars smoke free for our children, so they can meet a better class of people than they will at city hall.
P.S. any establishment that blocks access to someone with a seeing eys dog is asking for one big law suite, so dogs are allowed in resterants, and they don't have to be hypoalergenic
