Couple of things, first, you are right they are bike lanes, that will make more sense 
once the Phalen Corridor is completed to the west.  The road is laid out the way it 
will look as completed.  So, though the road only goes to Johnson Parkway now, in the 
future it will continue westward as will the bike lanes.

Second, wow, who would have thunk it!  Wells Fargo is doing a huge business at that 
branch.  Which explains why the legal required number of spaces in the lot is not 
enough parking.  Wells Fargo is pretty good about not having their employees parking 
on Phalen Corridor.  It appears that the eight hour parkers are in the BCA.  We are 
looking at finding additional parking as we continue to develop the area.
