and the Alternative Urban Area-wide Review (AUAR)

Your first opportunity to formally make comments and ask questions is
coming up!!!
The West Side Citizens Organization is hosting a workshop to discuss
the significance of the Alternative Urban Area-wide Review (AUAR) that
is discussed below. This AUAR is a lengthy document (4 inches thick!)
that is full of technical information about the impact of the �Bridges
of St. Paul� development proposed for the West Side flats. This
meeting and the subsequent opportunity for written questions and
comments is your first formal opportunity to ask question and make
comments about this project (see planning commission meeting below).

Public information meeting: The Saint Paul Planning Commission will
hold a public information meeting on Thursday, May 27, 2004 at 7:00 �
9:00 PM. This meeting will be held at the JLT Offices (10 River Park
Plaza, Suite 800).
to provide information and answer questions about the key conclusions
of the Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) document for the
Bridges of Saint Paul Project. The AUAR identifies potential
environmental impacts and infrastructure needs related to redevelopment
of 74 acres across from downtown Saint Paul fronting the Mississippi
River.
Deadline for public comment on AUAR: Public comment will be accepted
until June 10, 2004. Comments on the AUAR should be sent to Lucy
Thompson, Department of Planning & Economic Development, either by
e-mail ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) or in writing (mail to: Lucy
Thompson, PED, 1300 City Hall Annex, 25 W. 4th Street, Saint Paul, MN,
55102).
Copies available: Copies of the AUAR are available from Lucy Thompson
at 651-266-6578 or [EMAIL PROTECTED] Copies are also
available at City Hall Annex (13th Floor), 25 W. 4th Street; Saint Paul

El West Side Citizens Organization estar� presentando un taller para
discutir la importancia de Alternative Urban Area-wide Review (AUAR)
que se discute abajo. Este AUAR es un documento largo (4 pulgadas de
grueso!) esta lleno de informaci�n t�cnica acerca de el impacto �de Los
Puentes de San Pablo� el desarrollo propuesto para el West Side flats.
Esta reuni�n es la oportunidad para escribir preguntas y comentarios,
es su primera oportunidad formal para hacer y comentarios acerca de
