I think that announcement vastly predated the incident that was referred to in the previous message.
Also, I do not think that the investigation of that incident has been completed and I don't think that anyone has been cleared. I think it is still under investigation by Olmsted County, where it was referred to avoid 'conflict of interest'. There may be many reasons why Saint Paul citizens should choose or not choose a person to represent them as mayor, but at least let's start with real facts before making our perceptions into "facts".
