I see Brett doesn't let the facts get in the way of
his  posts. 

Finney is regarded as one the best and most innovative
Police Cheifs in the nation. 30 years serving St Paul
as a police officer and briefly, an elected official
on the School Board. 

His son- not him, but more importantly, the case is in
another juridiction being investigated. Maybe you
should call and let them know your 'discovery'.

You want awful? Shoulda lived in Minneapolis under
Olson.
