Corky Finney has indeed been one of the best Chiefs in the country. His
tenure was marked by high ethics, zero tolerance of police misconduct, and
the best yet relationship of police with the various neighborhoods in st.
paul.
And of course quite importantly, the city's levels of violence and crime
have been as low as it gets in a big city.
Cops here are professional, well trained, and reflect the community well.
Chief Finney deserves a lot of the credit for all of this.

He will make a formidable candidae for mayor.
