PART PARODY / SARCASM / NOT REAL

I happen to subscribe to some very strange newsgroups (and keep an eye on the Usenet for bits of info) just to keep up on things and find interesting bits of information. When I came across this.

Anyone got any ideas?

In St. Paul, there are two smaller trailer-sized tankers of wide
open, unsecured, yours-for-the-taking anhydrous ammonia located at
the site of the Gopher State Ethanol plant, on West 7th Street.
You can easily get in through the unlocked gate off of James Street
on the backside of the plant. Watch out for police who sit in the
parking lot of the Bingo Place on 7th St as they write their reports.

PARADOY ENDS HERE THIS IS FOR REAL

I have been monitoring the security stations around the plant for some time and sure enough... No guards and only a fence any 10 year old could hop in a second. I guess due to the cut backs at the plant there are no guards there anymore, or if there is they are few and far between. I am very sure that because they have to be ready on a days notice to be ready for production from POP there for the taking is a nice big supply of Ammonia still sitting in those nice ILLEGAL storage tanks they have been using.

Lets also remember that Anhydrous Ammonia is also a very difficult substance to obtain in the city, unlike rural Minnesota where these tanks are used for fertilizer. It's just a matter of time before someone stupid (like a Meth Producer) goes in there and opens one of the valves, then we are all in trouble.

Lets not consider for a moment the other Toxic and Hazardous substances they are storing on the premises.

If you would like to see the picts click this site link and you will see for yourself the Lax security at GSE (not to mention the unsightly mess) and just how easy it would be not only for Meth producers but anyone wanting to create some problems to do so if they desired.

http://209.98.144.66/GSE/index1.html then scroll down to the picture section, first page of picts top four.

I am sure the No Tresspassing signs and we ban guns on these premises signs are a real deterant as well.
