has anyone read their storm sewer charge bill.
land use class C 1 / 2 family homes to 1/3 of an acre rate: $55.00 per acre
I know my pice of the rock is a whooping 1/10 of an acre
But the bill says pay $55.00, or file a complaint in writing within 30 days.
Are my friends at the city trying to bend me over again.
