I just checked this site for some meat vendors and am very interested in learning how meat produced by these vendors is slaughtered. I've become a sort of reluctant vegetarian because I just can't bear the cruelty of factory farms and slaughterhouses.The farmers I looked at described humane and natural methods of raising food animals, but does anyone know how they're slaughtered?
