I am glad that someone is willing to clear up this matter of how to solve social problems. Free enterprise may be the answer. Darn that government regulation anyway!
I am rather tired of working hard to build my existing business, and I think I could make a faster buck in the prostitution, opium and crack business. I also have some ideas about how to cure cancer by spreading wild honey mixed with corn starch and a tiny dose of heroin on peoples tongues. People who try it swear they feel better and usually return for greater and greater doses. Anyone who objects doesn't have to use my services, or work for me, so I am not really doing any harm. I think the Free Market would support these services. Will you work with me Tom, to get the burdensome regulation lifted so that I can pursue my dreams?
