Then there is the issue of Pay it now or we will add it to your property taxes BUT charge you interest for doing so... OK either put it on my property tax's right away and let me pay it along with my regular property taxes, or do it WITHOUT the interest fee.
SO there solutions that also, depending on which one they choose, show that it is a FEE (and added to your regular water bill) or it's a TAX and added to your property tax payment.
Just another one of the STUNNED citizens when I got my bill for $55 and wondered what are they charging me for now?
