A note of caution.

I do hope Andy is right about this being the end of
GSE and, given the ratio of liabilities to assets, it
probably is. However, this is a Chapter 11
reorganization filing, not a Chapter 7 liquidation, so
there is at least a possibility that GSE could be
resurrected in some form.

Another possibility is that the plant will be sold at
a firesale to another, better-heeled ethanol producer
who will restart production. Let's hope not but it
could happen.

Finally, one name missing from Andy's list of people
who have been instrumental in the fight against GSE is
that of John Birrenbach who put in countless hours
digging out and publishing documents and harrassing
GSE and the regulatory authorities.
