To simplify this to the point of excluding all the rest of his descisions would be a waste of time.I say go ahead and try. The 1959 MN Supreme Court decision says that for it to be valid, even if they expend all the energy to get the 12,000 or so signatures, Kelly had to do something drastically wrong, or not do something he necessarily should have. Endorsing a candidate of the opposite party does not meet the threshold of the this decision. Vote him out at the next election if you wish/can. But he can't be recalled for this under the MN Supreme Court ruling, in my opinion.

But to forget that He also has problems remebering that the city of St. Paul is in court with GSE.
Accepting plane rides.
Triing to stack civilain over sight boards with people closly tied to GSE
Using the city attorney to defend his civil rights to due process, while dening his voters to thier civil rights to due process.
To not use LIEP to catch GSE for every day of their violations, but monthly
Loosing the court case becasue they did not prove chronic violations
To priorotize the great smoking ban debate, to regulate peoples voluntary behavore,
vs working on regulations to help school children being force feed GSE polution
Not helping the MN PCA do the right thing by providing a map of GSE, schools, play grounds, day care centers, along with other info they need to finialy deny thier first air quality permit. If a city of the "First Class", the "State Capitial" refuses to do any thing about this now, what chance will small town MN have, when their major employer is ADM, Cargil.
Also what happens, if he like his predissesor, go courting political champain funds for state office, are you happy with how Norm is helping clean up the GSE mess he created. Do you think he'd be there if we would have wasted the time to recall him, even aftyer he said he wasn't running for re-election.
