Mr. Meemken totally distorts my words. I have never advocated for "Another level of government". All I am saying is that the City Council needs their own independent legal advice.
The City Council relying upon this present City Attorney, who is appointed by the Mayor, is like a man, whose wife has filed for divorce against him, going to his wife's attorney and asking for legal advice.
