If you stand on the South side of Larpenteur, you're in St Paul, and you can see Snuffys across the street in Roseville.
In some previous postings, I used Snuffy's as an example of a hangout for teenagers that subjects them to second hand smoke. As a St Paul resident, it is one of the places I like to go, but went to only rarely because of the smoke. (They have GREAT chocolate-coffee malts and a delicious grilled chicken sandwich ) Well, I stopped at Snuffy's today and found they have gone smoke free.
