This discussion about terrorism needs to either:
a) Come to an end OR b) find a focus here in St. Paul
Its not enough, that the discussion has an impact on St. Paul. If we want to talk about terrorism in this forum, it should be in the context of what is being done to prevent terrorism in our city or the relative safety of our city.
Discussions about the definition of terrorism are not really on-topic for this forum.
